Choose Your Own Caterer

You are welcome to use an approved caterer of your choice - one that reflects your taste and budget. However, we strongly encourage you to consider our exclusive list of catering partners. Each was selected based on their delicious menu options and impeccable service. They are familiar with our venue and we truly consider them to be part of our team.

Bar Service

We work exclusively with 11th Hour Bartending Services and Prestige Wine & Spirits. They work together to provide you with full bar service so that you don't have to worry about a thing!

Planning and Coordinating Assistance

We provide our booked couples with a list of our favorite and trusted wedding professionals and we will help you put together the perfect team for your day! We will also assist with timelines, floor plans, facilitating ceremony rehearsal and limited day-of coordinating.

13 Hour Rental Period

With an additional hour for vendor breakdown.

Beautifully Appointed Wedding Suite

Which includes a separate hair and makeup room!

Use of our Smaller Venue, 210Cedar

Additional space for the wedding party - located less than ½ mile away offered at a discount

Events

At Cedar Fox Weddings & Events, we love hosting all types of festivities - from anniversary parties, milestone birthdays, and retirement celebrations, to corporate events and holiday gatherings.

Contact us for information regarding hourly pricing, booking and availability.

Hourly pricing ranges from $450/hr. to $550/hr. with a 6- hour minimum.

Please note: Weekend events can only be booked within 3 months of the event date.

A Little Bit About Us…

We are Lance and Karen Ramella, the proud owners of Cedar Fox Weddings and Events, located in historic downtown St. Charles, Illinois.

Our journey to venue ownership, started in 2017 when we purchased our first historic property and transformed it into a boutique event space. 210Cedar, named for it's location on Cedar Avenue, soon became a popular venue for small events, particularly bridal showers and baby showers. In early 2020, seeing the need for a larger venue, we set out to find the perfect property. Once again, we found ourselves drawn to a historic building. We never could have imagined the events that would unfold in 2020, but we remained focused, and hosted our first wedding in August of 2021.

We take great pride in the fact that we are, and always will be, intimately involved in all aspects of running Cedar Fox, and we consider it an honor to help people celebrate some of the most important events of their lives.

Our story began when we met as college students at Arizona State University. We married in 1987 and have 2 amazing daughters. We love travel, music, and a good historical fiction TV show. And, when we aren’t working (which is rare these days), we can often be found out and about in our hometown of Geneva, IL or our second home, St. Charles.
